TERMS AND CONDITIONS







DESPATCH
Orders are despatched ASAP from time of payment (usually within 1-2 working days)
You will be e-mailed on the day of despatch advising you that your goods are on the way. If there is any delay you will be advised of this also by e-mail.


ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Orders for designs seen on the website or personalised orders should all be made by e-mail or phone -
 please write your request to 'sandyebdonjackson@hotmail.com' or alternatively phone 0118 9843455

Payment can be made using most major credit cards by phoning above number.
Cheques and postal orders are also accepted. Cheques must be in £ Sterling and drawn on a British bank.


STOCK

Many of the items on this site are one-off designs and can only be bought once! The site is regularly maintained so usually all items pictured are available


RETURNS

If you recieve faulty or incorrect goods please e-mail within 7 days of receipt for instructions on how to return for refund or correct items.
Shortages must be notified by e-mail within 3 days of receipt of the order. Please do not return goods without instructions from us.


SHIPPING, HANDLING AND INSURANCE

U.K.   We make a nominal charge of £1.50 for orders up to £25 and £2.50 for orders over £25
All orders are sent by 1st class post(or equivalent) Most 1st class post arrives the next day , but can take 2-3 days in remote areas or at Christmas time.
If an order is urgent you may request Royal Mail Special Delivery (for which there is an additional fee) This guarantees that the Royal Mail delivers the day after despatch.

EEC Countries  - We make a nominal charge of £3.50 for orders up to £25 and £5 for orders over £25. Orders are sent by airmail.
Please allow 7 working days (from date of despatch) to \arrive in most countries

Non-EEC Countries  -  We are unable at present to supply other countries.

We reserve the right to make changes to our website and Terms of Trading at any time
